I am always reluctant to contact tradesman as my experience in the past has not been positive.  O’Connor’s provided me with a very nice experience. My hot water was not working; I called and was warmly received by the office.  They promptly sent a tradesman out.  Brett was friendly and efficient and explained to me what the problem was and what caused it.  I even received a Thank you card and instant scratch ticket 3 days later.

The men from O’Connor’s connected our spa, installed a weather proof outlet in the yard for our fountain and installed downlights throughout our house.  We are so happy with the quality of materials used and the standards the men displayed throughout the job. They respected our floor coverings with plastic shoe covers and ensured drop sheets were used while cutting.  They dug the trenches neatly to ensure backfill and grass cover damage was minimal.  They also ensured their team worked safely with eyewear and masks where appropriate.  We will gladly refer O’Connor’s to all!!
